The cost for a gallery representation of your artwork at www.Asianartmarketplace.com varies. It is determined by the size of gallery (number of items), needed services and the length of commitment. All listings require a one-time set-up fee and online payment option if necessary. Our service plans are designed to meet the needs of individuals. Our service fees are very competitive.

The one-time set-up fee for all the packages (Individual, Basic, Premium and Signature) needs to be paid in full to activate your account. It covers six (6) months after the listings are activated. However, the seller has the right to withdraw her/his listings anytime at no additional charge. No refund if you wish to cancel the plan after the listing(s) goes live.

A modest sales commission is applied to each individual sale, by agreement. The commission rate varies depending on your service package. The more items you list with AAM, the lower the commission rate is.

Setup Fee is a one-time charge for the online representation of your artwork at www.asianartmarketplace.com. It includes catalog posting (thumbnail), product page creation, and payment specification, such as PayPal option.

Number of Items specifies the cost for the number of items you wish to post at www.asianartmarketplace.com under each account. Up to fifty (50) items are allowed for the Signature account. Items sold can be replaced by newly posted items at $5 per item.

Photos per Item shows the number of photos posted for each item. Two photos of each item are required to complete one listing. In other words, you need to prepare a thumbnail (200 x 200 pixels) for the catalog page and one enlarged photo (roughly 500 x 500 pixels) for the product page.

Listing Assistance refers to our technical assistance if necessary for an appealing online representation. It consists of photo editing and catalog proofreading, etc. It aims to help clients who do not have access to software for adjusting the digital characteristics of photographs. 

Sales Support underlines the additional assistance art owners might need in selling Asian art work online. This service is OPTIONAL and entails a modest commission on each sale, by agreement. The option of “Price on Request" assigned to items of high quality and value aims to maximize the net profit from a price negotiation by adopting different marketting strategies. If the owner requests it, the account manager will market and negotiate a potential buyer on your behalf based on your specific instructions. A signed agreement is required to initiate this service.

Payment Setup is a one-time charge for those who need help setting up online payment options when posting art works at www.asianartmarketplace.com. This feature allows you to accept credit cards online via PayPal or other payment venues of your choice. Your account manager will assist you at all stages to ensure that your payment system is working properly. If you already have a verified PayPal account, please create a PayPal shopping cart for your artworks for sale. You need a shopping cart to collect buyer’s information, address for shipping, fees for packing & shipping, and insurance.

Sales Support indicates that upon signing of an agreement, AAM will provide clients with assistance in securing a good visual representation and/or closing an online sales transaction when they request it. Normally this sales support is provided by email; other forms of involvement or telephone service must be agreed upon separately.
